The brightest section, NGC 2327, (Head of the Seagull) is a small section of a vast area of H11 nebulosity on the border of the constellations of Monoceros and Canis Major at a distance of 3600 light years.

Telescope.   10 Inch F4.0 Newtonian.

Camera.   S Big ST4000 XCM OSC CCD.

Exposure and Date.   15 x 600 sec.    Feb 2019.
